The Program Manager directs the activities of the specific program tracks through a matrix of project managers and functional stakeholders. This position has overall responsibility for driving the detailed program plans, managing interdependencies providing input into the budget, driving adherence to the project execution methodology, and identifying and mitigating risks/issues. This position also exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

You will work directly with the Program Leadership (Overall Program Director; Business & Technical Program Owners; Change Management Lead; Global Process Owners and Key SMEs from the Business and Technology). You will collaborate with our System Integrator Partner teams and ERP Product teams
How You ll Be Successful

Work with key Business and Technology stakeholders to drive the execution of the program plan
Provide program oversight to the ERP process tracks. This includes budget, scope, schedule, Quality, and resources (our company, System Integrator and Oracle)
o Partner with key business contacts to identify and define how to improve business process performance through technology to ensure quality and predictability of requested deliverables to the business.
Lead and/or work within a PMO environment to monitor ongoing status of each initiative to ensure progress is aligned with the project plans.
Champion and integrate initiatives into effective and seamless development life cycle with alignment to the project management process and the PMO.
Lead with a process-centric perspective, appreciation for change management, and a keen sense of how process transformation is enabled through an ERP.
Assist in overseeing on-shore and off-shore development activities as applicable.
Identify risk and issue trends early and work with Business leaders on incorporating and mitigating them into the program framework.
Develop and enable process improvements champion standards and operational health checks.
Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
Direct experience in leading multiple business transformation initiatives that were process-led and ERP platform enabled (Oracle or SAP)
Thorough understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Frameworks (ex. APQC).
Understanding of complex automated systems.

Prior experience implementing process-led ERP transformation for large organizations is a must. Oracle Cloud ERP implementation is required.

Your Experience & Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field;
Advanced knowledge and implementation experience with Oracle/SAP ERP
7-10+ years of progressive and relevant project and program leadership experience
Project management experience with waterfall and agile technologies
PMP/PgMP certification preferred
Successful design and delivery of at least 1 end to end enterprise-wide Business Process Transformation project
