The Program Service Manager is responsible for the overall Monitoring, Investigations, and Response (MIR) department operations. The Monitoring, Investigations, and Response Department has a number of key processes that must integrate seamlessly from end-to-end in order to reduce the risk of compromise to Lilly information assets. The Program Service Manager must assist with designing and managing those end-to-end processes as well as manage the demand for services. The Program Service manager will develop the overall governance processes across the MIR as well as manage the demand of additional business use cases for which MIR will deliver services.
This role will monitor service levels, customer satisfaction, and provide an escalation point for critical issues. This individual will provide input regarding supplier performance and future capabilities to the External Supplier Management and Procurement teams and partner with Quality and Corporate Auditing to ensure proper oversight of the Supplier.
