The Payments Services Team is seeking a Programmer Analyst who will play a key role interacting with enterprise teams to define and develop solutions for applications using various methods, tools and utilities. Further duties include gathering requirements, designing, developing and maintaining system components and user and technical documentation for new and existing programs.
The most suitable hire for this position will be a technical candidate with strong analytical, planning, problem solving, writing and presentation skills and one who has the ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendors and business unit customers.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years experience developing and supporting enterprise applications
Minimum of two years coding experience leveraging .Net framework 3.5/4.5/5.0 VB.NET or C#
Minimum of two years experience with SQL Server
Minimum of two years experience developing ASP.NET MVC applications
Minimum of two years experience developing with JQuery and similar JavaScript libraries
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
Must have experience with Visual Studio 2010/2012/2015/2016
Experience working with I/T teams to plan, design, develop, test and implement enterprise-level technical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex issues to management and facilitate resolution
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good human relation skills (the ability to work well with others and to be a team member)
High degree of self-motivation, commitment and integrity
Proven planning and organizational skills

Five years experience supporting and developing enterprise applications running a multi-platform distributed environment
Three years experience with Retail concepts and payment application software
Strong technical understanding of data modeling concepts
Knowledge of Infrastructure related systems client/server, workstations, servers, networks, database and middleware technologies
Knowledge of PCI rules and regulations
Experience with source control, preferably TFS
Experience with Agile development methodology and product backlog maintenance
Ability to work concurrently on multiple assignments with similar deadlines
