Job Description

KL Software Technologies ("KLST") is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern in Newark, NJ for a 16-week internship ( ). Potential candidates should be local (or ready to move) to the tri-state area and willing to commute daily into Newark, NJ, for work. All shortlisted candidates will need to go through one phone interview with one of our SCRUM Master and one in-person interview with our Head of Operations. Selected Candidates are required to start immediately or within the next two weeks. Candidates should be legally authorized to work in the USA without the need for employer sponsorship. Candidates with the following required skills and experience are encouraged to apply:

Required Skills:

  • Should know SCRUM processes and AGILE methodologies
  • Should have the ability to write detail and extensive technical documentation (Meeting Minutes and Action Items) from client meetings
  • Should be IT savvy (knowledge on SharePoint, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Application Development background is an additional plus)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal required)
  • Should have a team leader skills and should step up to talk to Stakeholders/Clients as and when required
  • Maintain Project and Resource allocation plans
  • Manage Task/Work Items, Bugs in JIRA and Azure DevOps
  • Coordinate between different teams on different projects
  • Chase client/stakeholders to get Sign-Offs on SOWs
  • Resolve the impediments of team members
  • Develop presentation decks using PowerPoint
  • Send out Weekly/Daily Status Reports on Projects
  • Maintain Issues Lists and Risk Registers for projects
  • Schedule Meetings
  • Coordinate with offshore and onshore team members on daily tasks and follow-up on task progress, completion and resolve impediments
  • Perform QA testing (both black and white box)
