Please note that this is a 9 months contract position.
Candidates must be local to Santa Clara, CA but can work remotely during COVID.
Assisting customer with generating, viewing, or downloading software licenses
Assist customer with software media ordering delivery, and downloads, and providing order status update
Manage account and member changes (add, change or delete members)
Provide guidance on member account modifications
Make changes to member account logins
Perform account subscription extensions as required
Monitor requests from Customer Service Representatives and/or customers relating to service contracts and software maintenance agreements
Capture and update support tickets in database
Supporting team lead on daily tasks and documentations
Typically 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Strong sense of urgency, responding to customers in an effective, courteous and timely manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skill ls in English
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge and experience with an ERP system
