Q Analysts is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator / Project Manager for a project with a major technology company. The PC / PM will be responsible for the logistical setup and operational execution of data collection projects. This person will plan short and long term projects from beginning to end based on requests. The ideal candidate will handle multiple projects simultaneously and serve as the point of contact between operations and key stakeholders. Some of the responsibilities will include booking locations, scheduling shipments, procuring inventory, training, managing daily operations of small teams, and examine data for quality.
The ideal project coordinator should be open to new technologies and willing to learn. They should be very personable, enjoy collaboration, and move forward cohesively with a close team. They should be able to prioritize their tasks and responsibilities over multiple projects. They should be able to interact with different parties across many disciplines, i.e. security vendors, software engineers, hardware engineers, management, high-profile clients, internal and external partners. They should be able to add value to the project and be motivated to improve processes. This person needs to be focused, detail oriented, agile, and able to operate on short notice.
Position requires solid basic technical skills including solid Excel skills, ability to learn terminal commands, advanced knowledge of google docs and Microsoft tools. Must have the ability to build excel based analytical dashboards and be in meetings where technical discussions happen. Ideal candidates will be familiar with hardware-release processes and have worked with software or hardware engineering projects.
In addition to the above candidates need to add excellent multitasking, planning, reporting and project-communication skills (knows when to escalate issues). They should be able to enforce standard procedures for quality improvements. We need someone with a can-do attitude who can work in an extremely fast paced organization to support this initiative.
