Job Description

In this interesting and diverse role, you will play a key role performing a wide range of program and operational duties to support the Global Audit Content Production team made up individuals responsible for working with current and next generation knowledge management systems to publish audit guidance and procedures into current and next generation practitioner-facing tools.

Your role will include:

  • Managing the content production pipeline from initiation though publication of the final content
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director and core team to drive decisions and align activities with strategic business priorities
  • Coordinate communications across all groups involved in the end-to-end content production process
  • Team up with business leadership and development teams to set and manage realistic response time and deliverable expectations
  • Assist with determining the feasibility of requests and ensure that requests following the agreed upon SLAs established by the team
  • Monitor production progress against the annual publication timeline and multi-year transformation plans
  • Liaise between content production team and knowledge management development teams on key activities to support development of the next generation knowledge management system and consuming platforms
  • Collaborate with other content-creating groups on aspects of enterprise content strategy, including content management, reuse, cross-linking, and governance strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automated utilities, new tools, and change management
  • Analyze functional and integrated processes and develop recommendations that will meet new business needs or improve existing operations
  • Collect, validate and create project metrics reports to provide objective visibility of key milestones, production quality, and risk data to organizational leadership
  • Track budget and resources allocations
  • Coordinate & attend key staff and team meetings as required, prepare agenda and meeting minutes as needed. Independent follow-up on action items from meetings
  • Build and create a repository of common processes, templates, and best practices to be implemented within the organization

Qualifications

Required:

2 to 5 years of business or technology project management experience. Coordination of content publishing experience is preferred

Strong understanding of project management concepts (from project initiation through to project closure). Includes planning, monitoring and tracking, risk management and quality management

Experience working in an agile software development environment

Proven success collaborating across multiple teams and functions

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with your peer group and lead by influence

Experience working with globally distributed and diverse teams

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook with the ability to prioritize responsibilities

Attention to detail while also having the ability to understand the big picture

Strong organizational and consultative skills

Ability to work with and present to high-level executives

Microsoft Project, Visio and all Office tools

Education and experience:

College degree (or equivalent). Bachelor s degree in management, accounting, information technology, engineering, or related field. Otherwise equivalent technical training and experience.

Preferred:

Experience in structured content management

Experience in a large global, decentralized environment

Princeton NJ, with 20% travel requirements

PMI-PMP

Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO or equivalents)

Desired but not required: Audit experience
