Description:
Locations: Remote to start, then must be located in one of the offices listed below once the restrictions are lifted. Phoenix, AZ Tampa, FL Columbus, OH Charlotte, NC Alpharetta, GA Greenville, SC Description The Online Content team within the Global Learning and Development Group is transforming the customer and employee experience by leveraging content engineering and technology to deliver support content that is personalized, created once and published everywhere. The position is responsible for Aligning performance support content with centralized support content strategy, including taxonomy, model, fragments; improved SEO / enables personalization Creating strong content architecture for AI/ Bot strategy and scalability. Reducing or eliminating content duplication inside tools Creating omni-channel content and single source reusable content in snippets/fragments Ensure optimal self-serve experience, with the ability to find consistent answers across channels Ensure performance support content is up to date and consistent across the channels Required: Experience with a Content Management System (such as Adobe Experience Manager). Experience creating independent content based on a Content Fragment model. Strong technical writing skills, understanding of content modeling and metadata Exceptional and proven presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to effectively negotiate solutions and deadlines with others at all levels of the business Independent worker, self-motivated and strong decision-maker Strength in managing time, multi-tasking, and advanced organizational skills Demonstrated critical-thinking, negotiation and analytical skills Available to work occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed for support of specific product, process, or system launches. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and the Google Suite
