Job Description:

The role is Product Manager for a SaaS Portfolio (currently DocuSign and Workfront) and is responsible for managing and supporting technology relationships of varying complexities and business scopes, overseeing day to day service delivery; adhering to standards; and integrating technology for large projects associated with managed services and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models. This position applies technology solutions with moderate degrees of complexity for large businesses or functions. The incumbent manages business partners and service providers in technology/systems operations associated with management escalations, change and service requests and addresses issues associated with performance of contracted terms and business agreements. This individual is a trusted partner, consultant and technology generalist for the internal business/corporate center, an active large to moderate systems projects, and contributes to IT solutions. The role will independently execute oversight functions. Leads others to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Leads teams or projects.


  • Technical Product Expertise for a product portfolio: Understanding the product features and the product positioning of competing products
  • Maintaining internal support of the product, which includes recommending periodic changes to contracts, marketing materials, proposal responses, and product training material
  • Consult on business unit product adoption & provide consultative services on usage and functionality
  • Support Business & IT Strategy Alignment
  • Develop and maintain relationships between GBTS and Businesses/Corporate functions
  • Act as the primary communication channel between Vendor/GBTS support areas and Businesses/Corporate product users
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities to leverage technology solutions
  • Develop & align product roadmap with BU and Enterprise requirements Communication & socialization of Product roadmap (Participating in cross-functional projects related to product changes or enhancements)
  • Lead & manage product "User" & governance groups
  • Support Vendor Relationship Management (e.g., product enhancements) compliance
  • Escalation and strategy point of contact for vendor
  • Contract and fee consultation
  • Monitoring operational and financial metrics to understand, and in some cases affect, the product financial results. May include review of expense allocations, product pricing, sales metrics, and post mortems
  • Participating in decision-making process with respect to administrative errors and product remediation issues in close coordination with the vendor and other internal functions
  • Cross-training on other products and lending support to other products on an as-needed basis


  • BS/BA strongly preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience (Experience in working in product management lifecycle process is desired.)
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills a must
  • Project management skills a plus
