Clover Consulting has a large, direct client in Grand Rapids, MI in need of a Communications Project Manager - Creative Development.  Term of this contract position is 6 months to start, but likely will be extended multiple years.  This is a mainly remote position, with just a few days per month onsite in Grand Rapids, MI

This will be full-time work and mostly remote. They would need to be available to come into the office a few times per month for workshops or as other business needs arise.

Project Manager – Creative Development  

 

Purpose: Facilitate development and execution of new or revised creative work supporting Marketing and Communications projects per best practices and Client standards. Working with Regional stakeholders and creative agencies to deliver multiple communications output types including print, video, digital, physical presence and others.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate development of creative work ensuring it meets objectives as well as quality and brand standard requirements. Execute campaigns and jobs per agile workflow processes, initiate work via Workfront, mitigate job risks, enforce quality assurance standards, and manage schedules across multiple touchpoints and deliverables.
  • Set and facilitate creative kick off and review meetings per Agency Day protocols. Ensure timely delivery of creative and content briefs, confirm key details are included in briefs before download.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and creative agency partners to ensure mutual understanding of key expectations and deadlines.
  • Work with stakeholders, creative agencies and other vendors day-to-day so that plans are executed with distinction and reflect established brand standards and style guides, communications objectives, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate work evaluation, lessons learned and post-mortem reviews of jobs and campaigns and adapt plans to incorporate learnings.

 

Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience facilitating development/delivery of corporate or other communication types including digital, print, video, packaging, physical presence and other outputs.

 

Preferred: Project management, corporate communications and/or other creative agency experience. Proficiency managing work via Workfront or similar platform.
