The Project Manager - Curam will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and supervision of interdisciplinary teams assigned to the project, including functional and technical personnel.
  • Achieve project goals and objectives, as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Create and deliver project management deliverables, including the project kickoff meeting and presentations, the project management plan, including all associated appendices and procedures, the project work plan, status reports and other customer facing documents and deliverables, as may be specified.
  • Work with the project scheduler to maintain the project work plan and create work packages to be performed by all project personnel to achieve all project activities and deliverables as planned.
Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%. Candidates are not able to refuse project based on travel

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


  • At least 5 years experience in a demonstrated and well versed understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • At least 5 years experience in managing projects including system development and deployment of a large-scale, web-based portal or information exchange system, or a project to build, maintain or use large data warehouses. 


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience


  • At least 10 years experience in a demonstrated and well versed understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • At least 10 years experience in managing projects including system development and deployment of a large-scale, web-based portal or information exchange system, or a project to build, maintain or use large data warehouses. 
  • At least 5 years experience in Microsoft Project Server. At least 5 years experience in projects using various software development methodologies including waterfall and Agile.
  • At least 5 years experience in full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • At least 5 years experience in projects implementing Curam software or other equivalent portal product.
  • At least 5 years experience in projects using web-based architectures.


Eligibility Requirements


  • Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)


Required Education

High School Diploma/GED



Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree



Travel Required

Up to 75% or 4 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)
