Technical Program Manager to help drive business-critical initiatives across the enterprise landscape.
Support the team and enable Scrum Master, Product Owner and other roles to effectively perform their roles.
Facilitate and assist the team in practices to break work down into smaller sizes to deliver in a single sprint.
Help establish and support consistent reporting within teams and to key stakeholders.
Delivers hands-on coaching to individual teams in all aspects of Scrum and Kanban -daily routines, self organization, collaboration, iterative development.
Drives continuous improvement to create higher performance on their teams.
Introduces new practices to teams in order to deliver results.
Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of the professional function and in-depth specialization in some.
Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
Implements activities that generally impact important components/processes of the work of own unit/team/product.
