Job Description

enVista's Unified Commerce Solution is a leading provider on a single platform in the cloud. By uniquely providing omni-channel order management (OMS), fixed station and mobile point of sale (POS/mPOS), product information management (PIM), trading partner management (EDI), omni-channel fulfillment execution (store fulfillment and vendor drop ship) and e-commerce solutions as business process objects within a multi-tenant architecture and integration framework, Enspire Commerce solutions rapidly integrate with existing retail systems to rapidly unify commerce and reduce cost of ownership.

What you will do:

  • Manage product development and tracking of day-to-day tasks/deliverables to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Assist in the development of product/project scope and structure. Help manage to the project goals and participate in changing customer expectations (including budget estimate or schedule changes) when these goals change
  • Execute established project controls
  • Complete project deliverables in a timely fashion
  • Establish proper communication channels with client personnel and respond appropriately to all client concerns
  • Provide project status reports to executive team and external clients
  • Ensure each team member understands their role in the project and the time and budgetary constraints that exist around their role and tasks
  • Ensure each team member has the tools and skills they need to perform their job effectively
  • Participate in marketing/sales efforts for new and existing customers as needed

What you will bring:

  • Education (preferred level): Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
  • 4+ years of Project/Product Management experience required along with 2-3 years of product application experience
  • Proven management skills, both project and personnel
  • Supply Chain industry experience strongly preferred
  • Direct experience with omni-channel order management software (Sterling Yantra or Manhattan Associates’ Distributed Order Management (DOM) strongly preferred)
  • Ability to be tactical and manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision and complete deliverables in a timely fashion
  • Ability to be strategic and visionary with overall product development
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral formats all information (ideas, instructions, questions, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability
  • Must practice the highest level of confidentiality of clients’ intellectual property
  • Adapt to changes in work (i.e. new client requirements or specifications)
  • Adjust working hours to accommodate busy periods
  • Expected Travel Time: About 25%
