Software Development SCRUM Project Manager to lead software development teams and supporting large, complex software applications. Applicants must have experience leading complex software development projects, possess in-depth knowledge of project management concepts and agile software development methodologies, practices and procedures and experienced in managing work teams in geographically disbursed locations.
Organize Sprint Planning meetings, which includes reviewing the Product Backlog and collaborating with the Product Owner and the Core Team to identify user stories to be included in the next Sprint.
Minimum 10 years' experience working in a software engineering capacity supporting large, complex software applications.
5+ years in a technical project management role, with practical experience applying Agile project management principles and techniques in a software development environment.
4 years' experience as SCRUM Master, Certified SCRUM Master preferred.
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS) platform to be used in managing story backlog and tracking work items, etc.
Solid understanding of architecture constructs (architecture/design patterns, SOAP, REST etc.).

A hardcore Scrum PM who can handle multiple priorities but provide solid direction, experience with customer facing products, understand product lifecycle, knows which development metrics work and which don t, managing dispersed teams.
