Our client is a well-funded, fast growing startup in the home maintenance space that has launched in Austin.
As Project Manager, you will oversee their third-party contractors to deliver a flawless customer service experience to our members. This includes managing our day-to-day project requests from our members, developing Service Level Agreements and negotiating pricing with our primary vendors. You will be an important part of our internal customer service team as we scale our vendor processes and relationships in the Greater Austin area and launch in additional cities.
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated team player who works well managing multiple tasks while still being able to meet deadlines. Strong organizational and planning skills are important to ensure projects are clearly scoped and completed on time. Communication skills are essential to ensure customer expectations are appropriately set/managed and our vendors receive clear guidance and feedback. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environment. The ability to work effectively in teams and enhance the performance of other team members and colleagues is essential.
