- Requires more hands on implement/deploy/operate/maintain/troubleshoot (above any beyond reactive support)
- Resource will support helpdesk trouble tickets, address common desktop and application issues, such as password resets, network, printer, and application connectivity, mobile phone / email integration, and VPN troubleshooting. Familiar with remote desktop apps and use, such as LogmeIn and Zendesk.
- Understands basics of IP phone setup and connectivity.
- Can work with active directory to setup, modify, and remove users.
- Familiar with messaging technologies. Quick learned and responsive demeanor.
