Position Summary: The Project Manager shall perform all duties associated with the management of any assigned Information Technology project as directed by the Project Director. As directed by the Director, the Project Manager will lead the design, development, implementation and transition to production of the specific application/s he or she is responsible for. Develop accurate and executable project plans, schedules, milestones and estimates in coordination with the Director. Create and maintain the project plan. In support of the Director, develop and manage the project budget. Establish project communication plans and interface with project stakeholders at all levels. Ensure system quality and conformance to AAMVA’s published standards. Coordinate and direct the activities on the project. Lead external stakeholder working groups to identify and socialize new requirements and facilitate the development of new program specifications. Ability to create and manipulate project deliverables, technical documents and presentations using the MS Office Suite, MS Project and MS Visio.

Summay of Qualifications:
Formal Education: Master’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in computer science and/or business administration or equivalent professional experience.
