Responsible for Program Management supporting the IT organization's process improvement and strategic change initiatives. Works with cross-functional IT teams to design, develop, and integrate IT processes and procedures utilizing best practices and industry standard frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, CMMI). Provides insight and advice on emerging process and control frameworks. Ensures seamless execution of all process improvement and change management related activities across the IT organization by applying process improvement, change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses. Leads the design of the IT organization's overall process structure, including creating a process hierarchy that streamlines IT processes and eliminates redundancy. Provides coaching and guidance to the IT leadership and management team on their roles in each process improvement and change initiative. Acts as a change agent to implement and manage best practices across the IT organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine the feasibility and applicability of multi-million dollar initiatives and qualitatively evaluate process improvement opportunities through collaboration with appropriate stakeholders
Manage pilot initiatives from beginning to end using a metrics driven approach with the ability to determine feasibility and least-disruptive implementation village-wide
May interface with Executive management to present status reports on critical change initiatives depending on scope and impact of business supporting.
Responsible for achieving broad goals supporting corporate business strategy. Projects are typically enterprise wide in scope and may involve mixed technology or cross-functional strategy.
Ability to travel <20% of the time
5+ years experience supporting large program initiatives with proven negotiating/influencing skill set at all levels
3+ years of multi-million dollar project management experience
"Big 5" Consulting experience preferred
Experience in Program Management Office for large organizations highly desired.
Ability to integrate and align strategy across functions, processes and teams
Demonstrated ability to transfer skills and knowledge to a high performing team
Proven ability to implement improved business processes working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tangible results.
Proven ability to create and deliver exceptional presentations to C-Level executives
