Summary: This role is for a Project Manager who is a certified agile scrum master with direct experience implementing all modules of ServiceNow in the cloud for a large government organization. The position requires experience and expertise managing: The initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

◦Manage all Task Order activities

◦Serve as the central Point of Contact (POC) for all activities and events under the task order

◦Ensure appropriate collaboration, coordination, and communication with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and other ITSS Contractors

◦Apply ITIL V3 best practices for managing work under the task order

◦Design, develop, update, and manage the project plan utilizing the appropriate tools (e.g., SharePoint, MSFT Project Professional)

◦Develop and manage the Critical Path for successful project delivery

◦Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage the constraints of the project including but not limited to: cost, scope, schedule, and quality

◦Calculate and forecast project cost(s)

◦Complete project change requests to manage large variances.

◦Ensure accuracy of cost type e.g., Capital or Expense for all purchases

◦Ensure work performed is in compliance with application policies and processes

◦Prepare and deliver Weekly Status Reports

◦Monthly Performance Reports

*Attend various program meetings with the Customer

Non-Essential Duties: Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

◦The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for all personnel assigned to the Task Order

*The ideal candidate will have experience managing budgets over $25 million AND teams of up to 30 personnel

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

◦Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, financial management, computer science, or related field, preferred

◦Minimum five years of

◾Project management experience managing increasingly complex projects in a technical environment

◾Transitioning enterprise-wide services from legacy solutions to cloud-based solutions;

◾Managing projects of similar size and scope;

◾Managing SaaS solution implementation projects;

◾Managing the implementation of the proposed solution for this Task Order;

◾Providing cross-vendor communication in a multi-vendor environment;

◾Business process analysis and requirements development; and

◾With end-user engagement, communication, and training

◾ServiceNow Implementation in the Microsoft Azure cloud

◦Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified

◦ITIL V3 Foundation Certified

*Scrum Master Certified
