Devis is seeking a technical Project Manager to join our growing organization and help drive our programs to success in Arlington, VA. Successful candidate will lead, direct, and monitor overall project and contract performance of task orders for a USAID DCHA project.
***This will be in support of a proposal effort – contingent offers will be extended***
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with client’s overall management plan
Will provide oversight and executive level management to overall contract operations, often involving multiple projects/tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations
Responsible for ensuring senior level management within the client organization is aware of overall program status
Will coordinate and facilitate the timely submission of financial, performance, and status reports and other reports required by the client
Establish efficient, compliant policies and procedures to support USAID activities ranging from recruiting and support of PSCs, to monitoring and evaluation support, to information technology support, to technical support and other capacity building activities
Ensure the project provides integrated, collaborative support with close communication, cooperation and coordination between the program, USAID and other cooperating offices and partner organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in USAID/DCHA, OTI or CPS
Demonstrated experience managing large complex USAID institutional support projects staffed through multiple simultaneous task orders
