The Information Security Project Manager/Business Analyst role will contribute to the development, maturation, and delivery of information security projects, architecture design, implementation and tuning of security controls. You will be a key member of a team responsible for executing strategic engagements for Domino s Security program. You will work closely with the rest of the IT teams in order to identify, qualify and maximize resources for the full information security portfolio, for both existing and new projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops and implements projects dashboards and reports to facilitate project data review and analysis
  • Work with stakeholders to understand current and future business priorities and reporting needs
  • Recommend new or modified reporting methods to improve project dashboard reporting content and completeness of information
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of operations through the effective implementation of metrics
  • Prepare reports and analyze existing data for projects trends and performance. Perform or define ad hoc report requests as needed to support business needs
  • Generate meaningful reports and design dashboards that will be used both as standalone reports and as part of a standard reporting
  • Full support to project life cycle
  • Support the day-to-day project activities and resources to meet the project objectives
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Create end user documentation, support instructions and hand-off documentation, as needed
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including key stakeholders and project team
  • Provide customer-centric abilities with proven experience interacting with stakeholders and managing project engagements. including but not limited to:
    • Support the Enterprise Security Architect function
    • Capture formal technical requirements
    • Foster strong teamwork and knowledge sharing across Domino s
    • Leverage and improve on operational processes, procedures, and tools
    • Development and delivery of requirements specifications, design validation and security operations runbooks
  • Ensure that operational project processes are followed
  • Oversee scoping and delivery of assigned projects to ensure appropriate:
    • Scope
    • Resources (human and technical) assigned
    • Timelines
    • Customer satisfaction

Qualifications



  • 4+ years of project management or business analyst experience
  • At least 1 year of managing or coordinating Information Security technology implementations or experience as an Information Security technology application owner or engineer
  • 2+ years in creation and/or maintenance of project, process, user or instructional documentation
  • Strong experience in project methodologies like: Agile, SCRUM, or SDLC / Waterfall
  • Strong motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple teams
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
  • Excellent consultative skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Energetic, proactive, ability to learn quickly, and work well in a team environment
