Job Description


FriendFinder Networks is looking for a talented Project Manager who will be responsible for managing projects from original concept through final implementation for projects within the Technology department. S/he will oversee multiple projects on an ongoing and regular basis and be responsible for project planning, maintaining project status, project risk mitigation, and issue resolution. They will work on developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects, communicating project status and issues to team and management. Your contributions will ensure the best possible user experience for everyone who visits our web sites 24 hours a day, every day of the year, all over the world. 



  • Communicate effectively, foster teamwork, and lead the team towards project delivery
  • Work on multiple projects and ensure deliverables are on time at the required level of quality
  • Manage full life-cycle from inception, implementation, review, and beyond when necessary
  • Manage project schedules, project cost estimates, and coordinate tasks among teams
  • Anticipate delays, identify problems, and work proactively to minimize impact
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare project status reports for project team and stakeholders
  • Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand objectives, prioritize business goals and deliverables related to projects
  • Develop project specifications, project documentation, and client facing documentation
  • Facilitate project meetings while taking detailed notes
  • Work closely with UI/UX design, development, and QA teams through the full production cycle


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years’ minimum experience in project management
  • Must be comfortable with adult content
  • Must be at least 21 years old


  • Strong understanding of Corporate IT and Production web operations are a requirement
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with Agile project management methodology
  • Familiar with issue and bug tracking applications (JIRA)
  • Able to manage multiple projects at the same time in fast paced environment
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
