CDIT seeks a Project Manager.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of all personnel. The Project Manager shall ensure all technical and functional teams are working efficiently and effectively. Project Manager will partner with the Service Desk Managers and present holistic analyses and situational awareness of operational issues. They shall provide the Government with advice and recommendations needed to select appropriate solutions or courses of action. The Project Manager will monitor Service Desk activity on a regular basis to ensure compliance with SLTs, ensuring timeliness, prioritization, and proper distribution of workload.
