We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will oversee complex programs and teams of technical resources. They must be able to:
Organize, manage, control, and direct all activities for the program.
Lead status meetings with project team.
Make presentation on the program status to management and directors.
Implement and streamline consistent processes across project teams.
Develop and maintain project documentation such as project schedule, project log, meeting minutes, and project categorization.
Facilitate meetings with business partners to resolve complex problems and review project updates. Support and provide guidance to project teams and less experienced program managers.
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
May guide various groups on application systems activities.
Work under general directions; typically reports to a team lead or supervisor/manager.
Requires a Bachelor s degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Responsible for financial aspect of the project and PowerPoint presentation
Develop scope of work until purchase
Manage Installation of wireless and Data center redesign of assembly plant
Coordinate 3rd party vendors for hardware and software
Requires experience in Project Management and integration of mission critical plant applications for new vehicle build.
Experience with FIS/MES is ideal.
Requires experience with plant floor applications (IT applications that support vehicle assembly). Examples of plant floor applications include: Broadcast, FIS, AVI, PFS, PFCS, MPTS, Royal Tool, Andon, OPC (Kepware), SGPP (ProcessVue), Mercury, MDT, Factory Asset Center, and QAS.
Prior experience developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Requires expert level of knowledge for plant applications used by the local plant, ability to troubleshoot system issues, manage and/or configure application and application access.
Experience leading application integration, change management, incident management and problem resolution, meeting the objectives of manufacturing while minimizing lost production due to IT related issues.
Prior experience preparing scope of work and budget for manufacturing launches and leading the request for RFQ/RFP/RFI projects as required.
Driving and Travel Requirements:
May be required to drive a company car. A valid driver s license is required as well as a clean driving record.
May be required to travel to plants up to 60%
