Job Details
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: The Woodlands, Houston, TX (Mandatory Onsite only)
Integration Platform Modernization:
- Lead end-to-end migration of 150+ integrations from Boomi to Microsoft middleware (Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure API Management).
- Oversee development of custom web APIs and micro services to replace legacy integration patterns.
- Manage integration portfolio including Sales force, Coupa, Blackline, Workday, Kyriba, JDE, custom home-grown apps, and Tenant Portal connections.
- Coordinate API modernization strategies and RESTful service implementations.
- Ensure zero-downtime cutover strategies during integration platform transitions. Cloud Consolidation & Multi-Cloud Management:
- Drive consolidation of workloads from AWS and existing Azure environments into unified Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee migration planning for applications including Tenant Portal, MUD application, and custom solutions.
- Manage multi-cloud governance, cost optimization, and security standardization across AWS, Azure, and data platforms.
- Coordinate with cloud architects on infrastructure as code, DevOps pipelines, and automated deployment strategies.
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives and FinOps implementation. Data Platform Migration:
- Manage project migration from Snowflake to Microsoft Fabric data platform.
- Coordinate data pipeline modernization, ETL/ELT transformations, and data governance initiatives.
- Oversee Power BI integration and analytics platform consolidation.
- Ensure data lineage preservation and performance validation during migration.
- Manage One Lake implementation and unified data governance across the organization. QA Automation Implementation:
- Lead deployment of comprehensive test automation frameworks across web, API, and performance testing.
- Oversee implementation of CI/CD integrated testing pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Manage regression testing automation for Tenant Portal, MUD applications, and integrated systems.
- Coordinate performance testing strategies to support increased user loads and system scaling.
- Drive shift-left testing practices and quality assurance embedded in development workflows. Cross-Functional Program Coordination:
- Coordinate with ERP migration team to ensure integration dependencies are properly managed.
- Drive requirements gathering for cloud modernization and integration transformation initiatives.
- Provide executive-level reporting on multi-work stream progress and interdependencies.
- Manage vendor relationships with Microsoft, system integrators, and specialty technology partners.

Required Qualifications:
Experience & Background:
- 15+ years in IT project management with focus on cloud modernization and integration platforms.
- 8+ years managing integration platform migrations (Boomi, Mule Soft, or similar to cloud-native solutions).
- 6+ years leading cloud consolidation or multi-cloud management initiatives.

Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Boomi integration platform and migration strategies to cloud-native solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps, API Management).
- Experience with Azure cloud services including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric data platform capabilities and migration approaches.
- Knowledge of QA automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, k6/JMeter) and CI/CD integration.
- Understanding of multi-cloud management, FinOps, and cloud governance frameworks.
- Understanding of RESTful API development and management including versioning, security, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of Micro services architecture and event-driven integration patterns.
- Understanding of Azure API Management implementation and governance.
- Understanding of Custom web API development using .NET, Node.js, and cloud native technologies.
- Understanding of Enterprise integration patterns and modern middleware architectures.
- Basic familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates) and GitOps practices.
- Basics of Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) and cloud-native development.
- Data engineering and analytics platforms including Power BI, data warehousing, ETL/ELT tools, DevSecOps practices and security integration in CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic Microsoft Azure certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Integration Specialist).
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent).
- ITIL or cloud operations framework knowledge for service management.
Industry Experience:
- Real estate or property management domain knowledge with understanding of landlord-tenant portals and MUD applications.
- Financial systems integration experience with Coupa, Kyriba, Blackline, and enterprise financial platforms.
