As a PreSales Lead/Manager, you will perform all tasks associated, but not limited to, identifying, developing, working on, and responding to proposals and solutioning for small to large and complex deals, RFPs and proposals.

The key responsibilities and the Skills required are listed below:


Key Responsibilities

  1. Knowledge and experience in handling end-to-end presales process
  2. Work with Sales, Practice, and Delivery Teams to prepare compelling response to customer presentations, responses, and collaterals
  3. Hands on experience with handling RFx
  4. Work on proposals and solutioning for small to large and complex deals
  5. Manage all key client requirements, requests, queries, changes etc. and maintain proper documentation to track these
  6. Provide support to sales teams, develop customer ready SOW and presentations for external customers.
  7. Ability to articulate & respond to RFP questions
  8. Contribute to and maintain database knowledge base archive of reusable proposals, references, and other preapproved, customer facing content
  9. Reporting and meeting internal and external deadlines


Skills & Experience

  1. Presales work covering both solutions and staffing areas
  2. Proficiency with MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint and other necessary skills to create and deliver impactful client presentations is a must
  3. Excellent communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Capable of performing tasks independently and results oriented
  5. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with attention to details
  6. Past experience of having worked with Microsoft or company with Microsoft Gold Partner/Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner is a definite plus


Education Qualifications: MBA (equivalent) with Technical degree/diploma
