We are seeking someone who has the following skills: Demonstrated solid knowledge of systems development life cycle; particularly in requirements elicitation, Analysis, Traceability * Demonstrated extensive systems analysis and design experience required via identifying & implementing business and technical solutions. This should include modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations. * Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience required to support complete life-cycle testing (integration, functional, user-acceptance, regression). * Must understand and demonstrate Database concepts, SQL query techniques and application architecture. * Experienced in the design/development of the user experience with knowledge of usability best practices. * Lead and own all test deliverables for the project * Manual and automated testing experience in validating web applications, application integrations, reports and database code. * Experience in preparing Test Plan and Test Strategies. * Well versed with Agile and iterative development approach * Develop detailed test cases and test data required for end to end application testing * Review and understand application requirements and validate end to end application functionality * Assist functional and technical team in implementing application migration * Should have experience working with offshore team and hence be willing to work outside of normal hours if needed for coordination. Your future duties and responsibilities: 1) Onsite/Offshore coordination experience. 2) Test Automation experience if any 3) Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information. 4) - Listening skills, to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say. 5) - Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements. 6) - Facilitation skills, to lead requirements elicitation workshops. 7) - Observational skills, to validate data obtained via other techniques and expose new areas for elicitation. 8) - Writing skills, to communicate information effectively (simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely) to customers, managers, and technical staff. 9) - Organizational skills, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information. 10) - Results oriented with high regard for personal accountability. 11) - Ability to work independently and take initiative. 12) - Team player Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline and at least four, typically 5 or more year's related experience as a project team member of which at least one year was in a leadership position. Understand of team leadership, business practices and their application to effective project management. Strong analytical, communication and technical skills. Able to foster working relationships with the team and client departments. Desired Skills: Agile/Scrum experience.
