Ensure the overall quality and health of the products for which your team is responsible through analysis of design, documentation, and implementation.Participate incontinually improvingthe quality of your teams development processes.Test and evaluate software programs to verify functionalityagainstestablishedspecifications and standards.Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other quality analysts to ensure deadlines and acceptance criteria are met.
Qualifications Assist with clarifying requirements for new features, improvements, and fixes Create, maintain, and execute test cases Create, and help team adhere to, established test plans Perform targeted ad-hoc testing, with limited supervision Collaborate and contribute to team goals, projects and initiatives Perform functional and exploratory testing on new features, improvements, and fixes Perform pre- and post-release testing Gather/prepare data for testing complex scenarios, features and workflows Investigate and help resolve issues escalated by internal and external customers Track features, improvements, and fixes through the entire development process Help team identify and implement process improvements Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
