Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Create testing work plan
- Lead creation and execution of system and integration test scripts
- Analyze results against functional design and expected results
- Experience with system / integration / user acceptance testing
- Effective in leading small to medium testing teams (5-6 team size) as well as an individual contributor
- Strong analytical and problem solving & leadership skills
- Proficiency in at least one test case management and one defect management tool
- Ability to generate statistical data and reports
- Ability to assign work to team members
- Ability to track progress of team
- Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities / multiple deliverables

- Active Secret Clearance Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- 3-5 years of experience in QA/Functional Testing.
- Ability to travel up to 20 percent.
- Software Quality Assurance experience in engineering or related discipline.
- Test automation.
- Test plan creation, unit, integration, regression, and functional testing techniques.
- Web technologies and methodologies (XML, SOAP, REST, etc.).
- Using the command line terminal, source control systems such as SVN or Git, and defect tracking system such as Jira or Trac.
- Certifications in system administration, system architecture, virtualization or cloud technologies preferred.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player.
- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.
- Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence.
