Job Description

Peoplesoft Functional SME - Upgrades as required Business Analysts (Functional Consultant) at least 5-7 years’ experience. ( Tier II or Tier III) Position Description

• Designs, documents, test and implements PeopleSoft 9.2 Benefits functionality
• Leads project activities and ensures knowledge transfer to Benefits subject matter experts
• Reviews, evaluates and reports on progress of project tasks
• Provides system support, security setup, resolves system issues and identifies system changes to support business needs
• Implements new features for PeopleSoft Fluid Benefits Open Enrollment
• Reviews and improves benefits open enrollment business processes
• Reviews current benefit plan setup, removes old data and change naming convention of plans
• Reconfigures the HIR event so that a second event is not required for new hires
• Reviews benefit leave plans for management and labor classification employees to ensure proper enrollment and to remove employee overrides
• Reviews benefits eligibility rules to ensure they sync with leave plans
• Better track arrear payments and reporting

Experience Required:
Business Analysts (Functional Consultant) at least 5-7 years’ experience. ( Tier II or Tier III)
• At least seven years’ implementation experience as PeopleSoft Benefit Functional Lead
• At least five years’ implementation experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Benefits Administration 9.2
• Prefer advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid functionality o Security, homepages, titles, workcenters and navigation collections
• Prefer prior implementation experience with local government organizations
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong skills and SQL or Query Manager queries
• Must be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree
• At least seven years’ implementation experience as PeopleSoft Benefit Functional Lead
• At least five years’ implementation experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Benefits Administration 9.2
• Prefer advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid functionality o Security, homepages, titles, workcenters and navigation collections
• Prefer prior implementation experience with local government organizations
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
