Must Have:-
  • Candidates should have extensive experience working on QNXT and its Database model.
  • Candidate should have minimum 7+ years of development experience on QNXT Data Model
  • and QNXT EDI experience.
  • Candidate should be able to define data mapping between QNXT and other source data
  • systems and perform Data loads into QNXT maintaining Data Integrity within QNXT using
  • Direct Database load or using QNXT Web services and QXI services.
  • Candidate should be able to under QNXT product functionality for key functional modules
  • like Member, Claim, Provider, Authorization, Payments and develop routines that
  • supplement QNXT functionality.
  • Candidate should have minimum 7+ years of development experience on C#, .Net, ASP.Net,
  • Web Services, SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server programming
  • Candidates should prior experience working in the Healthcare Payer Domain
  • Candidate should be able to communicate with business team and translate business
  • requirements into technical requirements
  • Candidate should be able to interact with multiple stake holders at onsite such as Business
  • Analysts, Architects, DBA, Infrastructure team, Business users.
  • Candidate should be able to pass requirement with offshore development team and should
  • be able to do code review
  • Candidate should be able to do high level and low level design activities
  • Candidate should have experience to prepare code artifacts for deployment, validate
  • deployment, and troubleshoot production issue.
  • Candidate should be able to drive and lead IT team in projects having tight timelines
  • Candidate should be able to learn healthcare applications with quick ramp.
  • Candidate should be able to lead onsite team members' team if team exists.
  • Candidate should be able to communicate with users for incidents and service request
  • clarification.
  • Candidate should be able to interact with multiple stake holders to resolve incidents and
  • service requests
  • Candidate should be able to assign tickets with offshore support team and should be able to
  • do code review before deploying into production
  • Candidate should have experience to prepare code artifacts for deployment, validate
  • deployment, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Candidate should be able to quickly triage ticket and should be able to generate metrics
  • reports out ticket data
  • Knowledge/experience on Azure, Devops, Work in Agile delivery model preferable.
