Position Summary:
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst exists to ensure the delivery of quality IT products within our Caremark business unit. More specifically, the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will works as part of team that is responsible for testing projects on applications with the our Specialty medications area. The responsibilities of the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will include, but are not limited to, developing and leading testing strategies, performing complex work flow analysis, acquiring and disseminating project information and quality status to internal and external partners. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will also establish and ensure adherence to quality assurance testing directions, standards, guidelines and methodologies.

Additional responsibilities of the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will include:

- Representing QA in discussions with all aspects of project lifecycle related to RCA, mitigation of project risks, defect triaging and planning.

- Assisting QA management in data gathering for QA metrics and improvements.

- Participating in and advising during requirements and design project phases, thoroughly understanding business needs and ensuring comprehensive testing scenarios are performed

- Perform planning, execution, analysis, defect tracking and coordination of functional and regression testing activities.

- Serving as Subject Matter Expert to improve current procedures and act as an information resource about assigned areas

- Accountable for simultaneous projects of varied complexities.

- Reviewing Functional and Technical Requirements and identifying critical test cases and end-end scenarios.

- Working with application, business groups and technical developers to develop Test Plans and overall test strategy

- Performing comprehensive testing to prevent introduction of application defects into Regression, End to End, Client and Production environments.

- Translating QA, UAT and Business Scenarios into Regression Test Cases.

- Developing automated functional and automated regression Test Bed that would include test data preparation across multiple applications.

- Acting as an overall Test Lead for test execution, review and analysis of test results. Report, monitor and verify application project defects as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical Quality Assurance testing experience

- 1+ years of Test Automation experience

- Waterfall methodology experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Time management and organizational skills

- Able to work under high-pressure environments and simultaneously lead multiple projects

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Healthcare Experience related to Benefit management and Specialty Pharmacy

- Oracle ERP


- Data Warehouse

- DataMart

- Understanding of SAP Applications

- Some Development experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. One additional year of experience is required for each year of college not attained.
