Position Summary:
ITQAOrganization is currently in the process of building of QA Engineering practiceresponsible for driving engineering best practices including disruptive andtransformational techniques across QA organization. As a Senior QA Advisor youwill be responsible for leading and managing large scale products, tools andtechniques that would generate disruptive ideas in field of Automation, Dataand SDLC Management. Your role will demonstrate ability to managestrategic initiatives to drive effective change, efficiency and processconsistency across the PBM and Digital QA organization. You will also communicate and present to Senior and Executive leadership on strategic initiativesincluding roadmap, scorecards and tool evaluations.

Primary responsibilities include:-

· BuildQA Engineering Roadmap including Tool Strategy , QA KPI for short/long term QAorganization goals

· Generatenew innovative ideas to deliver disruptive ideas across PBM and Digital IT

· Recognizingopportunities in current processes and developing effective technical solutions

· Drivetechnological change strategy from Initiation to delivery and be responsiblefor providing daily support managing tasks , activities ,milestones andresources

· Experiencewith working with outside vendors and evaluating technical solutions

· Leadthe development of QA tooling strategy across multiple domains including –Mainframe , Digital and API layer

· Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable interactingwith executive level individuals
· Strong project management and leadership skills are required with abilityto mentor and coach teams


Required Qualifications:
· 8 +

years of Software Engineering experience in the field of Software Development

or QA Engineering

· 4 +

years of Project Management skills and ability drive technical programs across

organization

· 4 +

years of experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming with languages

like Java , Python or .NET

· Experience

in working on large systems particularly distributed and mainframe systems

· Architect

level experience in working with any one QA , Build and Infrastructure

Automation Tools – Selenium , HP UFT , HP ALM , MAVEN , JENKINS and Chef



Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with DEVOPS Automation model

· Experience in working with Agile Methodologies

· Experience in working on Infrastructure Engineering including Cloud Certifications

· Experience with Data Management tools like Informatica

· Experience in responsive Web Design for desktop and mobile platform

· Experience in building Test Center of Excellence (TCOE)

· PMP or Agile Certification Preferred

· Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain working relationship across IT organization

· Keen business judgment and ability to see the big picture

· Identify and evaluate new technologies for automation in the open source market
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present and translate complex information to both internal and external teams in relevant business terms


Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent required.
