DevOps / Support Engineer
We are looking for an adaptable, collaborative and versatile self-starter to join our quickly growing team.
The ideal candidate should be eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment servicing multiple end clients, and must be comfortable with the independence and accountability required when working for a remote company. A positive attitude, the confidence to self-manage and excellent technical capabilities are essential.

The majority of our clients are on Eastern Standard Time, so availability during EST business hours is a must.

As a Support Engineer, you will help our existing clients maintain a variety of solutions. You will leverage your expertise to help maintain and improve these applications, ensuring high rates of availability, preventing downtime and offering optimizations.
