Leidos is hiring a Remedy Customer Support Representative 3 - Active TS/SCI required in Suitland, MD. All work is onsite; a candidate must have an active TS/SCI to be considered for this role.
- Provide ITSM Suite Management and System Administration support
- Provide support to application users located throughout the National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC) and other activities around the world.
-Install, configure, Administer, and deploy Asset Management and Discovery ITSM Suite components in accordance with existing processes and procedures.
-Support project management activities to include providing documentation and training
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-5+ yrs of relevant experience
-2+yrs with the Remedy ITSM Suite
-3+ yrs of IT Service Desk experience
-ITIL V4 Foundation certification
-Network+ certification AND A+ certification
-Excellent customer service, problem solving, and oral and written communications skills
-Proficient using MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint)
-Capable of producing reports, charts, spreadsheets, and database and dashboard data; strong documentation skills
-Familiar with tools such as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
-Capable of using existing enterprise tools to remotely access user desktop views and manipulate system to conduct tactical troubleshooting, verify symptoms, and fine-tune problem description, and to isolate faults and resolve the commonly reported basic problems
-Familiar with HISC Enterprise Sustainment Readiness Management System (SRMS), BMC Remedy®
