Job Description


The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Learning Management system and other components of the learning ecosystem, including application configuration, release management, and ongoing support and projects. The ideal candidate must have technical background in Learning & HR technology platforms, display strong analytical and communication skills, and work well with diverse cross functional teams. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment.

  • Support Cloud platform application, including application configuration & data analysis, administration and support
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, provide ongoing reports and implement in BI reporting project.
  • Work on a Learning management migration project and participate in requirement gathering from Global teams.
  • Strong analytical skills; problem solving and follow through with sense of accountability and urgency
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Work with other IT teams and functional partners in support of Learning Application portfolio
  • Provide techno-functional documentation as needed for new and existing applications.
  • Support release management cycle for patches and upgrades of cloud system and participate in testing
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities


Bachelor's degree / Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • 2+ years of reporting experience with web application platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic SQL and adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Knowledge & experience on BI reporting tool (Power BI, Microstrategy, Tableau)
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Technical or functional writing experience - use case modeling, business requirements, user experience design
  • Prior experience working with vendors and 3rd party resources to manage deliverables
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (SaaS, PaaS) is a plus.
  • Analyst or application development experience with large company desired
