About the role: Need someone to work on incident tickets. Customers may raise tickets related to the ServiceNow product (frontend issues). This person has to identify which team has to address the issue and ensure that it is assigned appropriately. Must understand priority of tickets.


  • Looking for someone who’s just graduated from school/entry level role. This is a full time role. Do not submit students that cannot do full time.
  • Not looking for very experienced candidates.
  • Candidate must have basic technical knowledge to figure out which issue goes to which resource
  • Candidate must have experience in incident support.
  • Must have experience assigning technical issues to resources
  • Must be onsite @ Florida


Look for knowledge of technology, computers and basic networking interest when you talk to the candidates.


Mode of Interview





Duties include:


Act as the initial reviewer of arriving incidents for the determination of correct assignment group and categorization

Work with tools, other dispatchers, team leads and managers to determine the best person to handle the incident

Monitor incoming queues and transfer queues for new incidents and incidents that need to be reassigned

Schedule technical resources on the Company Workforce Management portal

Work with managers to build team schedules

Monitor resource schedules to ensure proper distribution of workload

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately Service awareness of all organization’s key teams for which support is being provided
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment



College or Tech school graduate is preferred Skills and Experience:
