Position: Restaurant Systems Manager
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000

Modis Burbank is looking for a Restaurant Systems Manager in the Glendale area. The Restaurants Systems Manager is directly responsible for identifying, implementing and maintaining systems that meet the needs of the business. S/he is responsible for implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems and ensuring their efficiency for ease of doing business. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day activities of direct reports this individual is also responsible for providing service to the corporate and the field operations for on all technology related issues. this position actively embodies and inspires skills that will elevate the core values and missions of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience with restaurant systems, implementations, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha.
Stays up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for hardware and software integrations that are cost effective and efficient.
Identify, select and implement new technology to support the needs of the business
Overall responsibility for the management and maintenance of all software and hardware systems and networks
Troubleshoot all technology to prevent crashes or business interruption
Monitor and evaluate efficiency and functionality of software and hardware usage
Maintain security and integrity of all restaurant and corporate databases, web based applications and financial data
Analyze and maintain applications, procedures and systems (hardware and software)
Provide computer/network support of all hardware and software at the restaurants and in the corporate office
Ensure new restaurants are configured on time and on budget that they are testes running properly before opening date
Identify, collect and report data as requested by various functional groups
Responsible for the efficient utilization of the IT team and project management to meet deadlines and respond to problems
Available to be on call daily, including holidays and weekends, to support all restaurants and the corporate office
Developing and providing ongoing user on new existing programs and technology
Coach, mentor and manage the performance of all department members
Manage the workload, projects, priorities and deadlines for his/her direct reports.
