Responsible for new and retrofit store systems provisioning
Provide Project Management and support for new stores, relocations, expansions, renovations, and reopening s.
Minimum 7 years of professional industry experience and at least 3 years past working experience as a
Deployment Project Manager.
Hands-on project manager and business analyst (50/50) to define business requirements, manage timeline, budget and
deliverables for all new stores, relocations, expansions, renovations, and reopening s installs.
Solid understanding of New Store build outs and deployment of Retail POS, mPOS and Back Office Systems.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written & verbal) and management skills.
Hands-on, responsive problem solver and action oriented.
Responsible for effective project management, including estimating, developing, and monitoring project plans.
Maintain a detailed understanding of deployment activity across multiple projects, including status, release dates,
issues/risks, member firm readiness and impact, adoption status.
Meet regularly/as needed with project teams to ensure involvement in project planning and deployment definition.
Manage and complete multiple concurrent assignments and or projects.
Develop risk/issue mitigation strategies, identify and resolve deployment risk in support of quality and risk management processes.
1.Strong Project Management skills. Demonstrated ability to utilize project implementation methodologies and tools.
2.Able to travel to store locations (both US and Canada) for equipment installations. Valid Passport for International travel.
Comfortable with up to 25% travel.
3.Experience deploying Retail infrastructure; POS, mPOS and Back Office systems.
4.Basic experience in WAN and TCP/IP.
5.Experience writing technical documentation and user guides.
6.Self-starter, able to work independently and interactively with Store and Field Support Center (FSC) staff members.
7.Function as a resourceful and proactive team member (finds/suggests ways to make the job more efficient, assist with the completion of workflow).
8.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
9.Able to effectively communicate effectively to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.
10.Flexible work schedule. Available and comfortable working nights and weekends.
11.Strong knowledge and experience with MS Excel and Smartsheets.
12.Three years store systems knowledge preferred.
