Job Description

The Revenue Operations Manager is a brand-new role, supporting the VP of Growth in effectively acting as the operational link between sales, marketing, and customer success teams – all of this will be underpinned by a deep appreciation of Salesforce and the skill/experience/certification of Salesforce Administration.

Salesforce is quickly becoming their baseline platform for both their product and also all Business Logic and Decision Making so this role is essential to their growth,

Digital health data is still stored in legacy systems and interacting with this data, automating processes and ultimately increasing connectivity and patient experience is the mission of this business.

Bay Area based, highly funded and with a growing team of passionate, mission-driven individuals, they have accomplished great things and they are on a fast-track to further real positive impact.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a Certified Salesforce Administrator and skilled champion of Salesforce best practice
  • Have a diverse experience managing B2B sales and marketing operations.
  • Be a proven operations expert with the ability to identify and establish process improvements
  • Have the ability to work effectively with Salesforce developers/architects to define and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Be comfortable in a dynamic, “Scrappy” start-up environment
