Title: SAP Finance Program manager (Fulltime)
Location: San Jose, CA
Job Description:
- Experience with S/4HANA using the various modules and functionalities within the S/4HANA ecosystem.
- Should have experience in Digital transformation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP finance initiatives.
- Lead project meetings, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Establish project governance structure, roles, and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at regular intervals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Lead cross-functional project teams comprising SAP consultants, developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making to keep the project on track.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP Finance modules to drive solution design and configuration.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend SAP best practices to optimize financial operations.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and other systems.
