A client of ours in suburban Philadelphia is in need of an experienced SAP FICO Analyst who can join their SAP/IT team full-time. In this position you will focus on supporting and enhancing the company's financial processes within their organization nationwide. This includes being responsible for not only SAP, but also related third party systems. We are looking for someone who can make significant contributions to the team by way of solutioning ideas, solving pressing business problems and creatively looking for new opportunities to leverage technologies and SAP in general.

As an SAP FICO Analyst they will look to you to complete projects as well as provide support for the running system. You will work closely with colleagues from other functional areas such as SD, MM, PP and more. Together you will set the strategic direction for SAP and ensure that the organization is leveraging the software to the best possible degree. You will have significant opportunity to work directly with business users and understand their needs and requirements. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to contribute and be heard. In addition, we need someone who can:

  • Support all of the standard FICO areas including New GL, AP, AR, etc.
  • Experience with third-party tools and systems (such as credit card processing) is helpful.
  • Conduct requirements collection, design, configuration, test and implementation of new functionality.
  • Translate user requirements into functional documents and perform business analysis, write documentation and present to users.
  • Participate in the management of data conversions and oversee development of customizations.


  • At least five years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration.
  • Experience with BPC, Foreign Currency, VAT are all helpful, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and presentations.
