IT Help Desk Analyst / Specialist with at least 5-6 years of work experience in the help desk role.
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Cares about being a part of a quality team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology. 5-6 years of experience supporting help desk.
