Our client is implementing a Greenfield S4 Hana system for their US Operations. This role will start immediately and run for 6 months. It will be 75% remote and 25% onsite in Los Angeles, California.
We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Consultant to work with our team of delivery consultants, the client IT leadership and the project business lead and functional resources. Specific responsibilities will include leadership alignment, workforce transition and training. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating communications with the executive leadership from the both the business and IT organizations to provide clear messaging to the overall business participants and executive management affected by the new system. This will include conducting user acceptance and readiness surveys and detailed change impact assessments for the end users. The consultant will utilize the results of the assessments to identify individual user roll impacts and then will build and conduct change workshops throughout the client’s organization. This role will also include developing communication strategies and presentations for the leadership to communicate changes to the organization.
The consultant must have prior experience with change management for an S4 Hana implementation utilizing the Activate Methodology.
The SAP scope for the S4 Hana implementation includes FI/CO, SCM, WM, OTC, BI, TPM integration either via SAP or Vistex and integration between S4 Hana and various corporate systems.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of SAP Project Lead / Management experience and at least 3 full cycle implementations in SAP OCM.
