Develop business and technical requirements for SAP Projects and provide primary and backup SAP configuration support. Will serve as a subject matter expert within designated area.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Production support in the following areas and also integration to; SRM, MDM, SUS/SLC, and Document Builder
Development and directly support Business Owners within Procurement.
Support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UA Testing during the current SAP Re-Implementation Project
Responsible for collaborating with all stakeholders during all project phases to ensure knowledge is built, shared, and applied to maximize project success.
Provide training to end users for their use of SAP functionality
Perform impact analysis and testing to support SAP product and hot pack upgrades.
Keep abreast of SAP functionality that are available in the current and future releases
Perform other related duties as assigned
Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university.
3-5 years of experience in SAP configuration, production support, and also integration to: SRM, MDM, SUS/SLC, and Document Builder
Experience with Public Sector Procurement Standards local and state, and create Business Process Procedures documentation.
Reporting Knowledge with BI/BWs.
Experience in integration to other SAP Modules such as Finance Logistics, Organization Management and HR Modules. Must have experience with the integration points between these modules.
Experience in conducting end user training on the use of SAP functionality
Good business process knowledge in designated areas
Good facilitation skills to develop requirements and resolve problems are a plus.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the department.
Self-motivated, Flexible, Openness to learn new things, Strong focus on customer needs.
Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency
