Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consulting Senior Manager
Location:- San Francisco CA, Phoenix AZ , Denver CO, Austin TX, Dallas TX, Houston TX
Experience in oil and gas industry
SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
SAP-Human Capital Management professionals design, implement and deploy SAP human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment. design and configures HR processes.
A professional at this position level within client has the following responsibilities:
•Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
•Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals. Interacts with senior management at a client and on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
•Has some latitude in decision-making.
•Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
•Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
•Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client.
•4-5 years (preferably 5+) experience implementing one or more component of SAP SuccessFactors EC or Recruiting or LMS or PMGM or WFA or Compensation
•5 (preferably 5+) years of experience implementing systems in the oil and gas industry
•2+ years of SAP HCM experience
•Experience with SAP HCM and other modules a plus
•Preferred, but not necessary, to have worked with FieldGlass and Concur
•Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
•Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
•Desire to work in an information systems environment
•Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
