Work you'll do/Responsibilities
As a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead you will use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:
Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
Design and configure technical solutions
Lead and manage teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project success
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors/SAP HCM to include experience in one or more of the following areas:
Understanding/experience with SSO (single sign-on) solutions
Implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Enterprise application integration (EAI)
Integrating SAP HR and SuccessFactors with internal/external systems
Understanding of data transfer implications
Understanding of data stores
Experience with ABAP, Basis, Security, SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (PI), Portal, HANA Cloud Integration (HCI), Boomi, Fiori or UI5
Up to 20% annual travel required
This role requires relocation to Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA
Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
