SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Manager
Location: Northeast - Hartford, CT, DE - Wilmington, MA - Boston, NJ - Murray Hill, NJ - Florham Park, NY - New York, PA - Philadelphia, PA – Pittsburgh
SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
SAP-Human Capital Management professionals design, implement and deploy SAP human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment. design and configures HR processes.
A professional at this position level within Client has the following responsibilities:
•Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
•Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
•Uses own judgment to determines optimal solution to recommend.
•Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams leads. Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Client.
•Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
•Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
•Manages medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Client.
•Minimum 2 years Management experience
•Minimum 2 years in Workforce Software
•Minimum 4 years’ experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
•Minimum 3 years familiarity with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems
•Ability to travel on a weekly basis (100%)
•Certification in SAP SuccessFactors
