This position is DIRECT HIRE with End Customer based out in NYC, 10004.

Title: Support Specialist

The Support Specialist role is vital to the success of our customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving issues, providing information and guidance, and delivering a superior customer experience. The individual is a lifelong learner who is excited to understand our customers diverse requirements and helping them with their questions. Everyday you will be challenged to use your deep knowledge of the Client platform to help customers achieve their immediate goals.

While your primary responsibilities are providing our users with a great experience, you will also have the opportunity to learn about, and contribute to, the evolution of our support model, offerings and client centric approach.

Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Capital Markets a plus

Primary Responsibilities

You will be the go-to expert for our customers on all of the Client product offerings

You will provide platform support, best practice knowledge, and training and reference materials that reinforce issue resolution.

You will create processes and documentation to address the growing needs of the Customer Support team.

You will display initiative and motivation, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting internal and external expectations and deadlines.

You will work with our Success and Product Teams to deliver value to customers.
