SailPoint Subject Matter Expert
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SailPoint SME to join our team in the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. The SailPoint SME provides support to the multiple federal agencies, DHS, and ManTech, focused on providing subject matter expertise to develop and architect the next generation of cybersecurity in support of DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Program.
Responsible for all aspects of the design and successful installation of SailPoint Identity IQ used for gathering CDM Phase 2/Identity Management Master User Record (MUR) data and attributes
Responsible for leading activities related to the onboarding of Agencies to the TO2F solution, ensuring that MUR Data is gathered properly and information is obtained from the Agency infrastructure to the backend Shared Services Platform (SSP) server and to the Integration layer. Validate and ensure appropriate data quality.
Ensure that the data presented by the Agency is delivered to the SSP SailPoint server using the file exchange mechanism. Monitor the file exchange mechanism for effectiveness and work with the engineering team to address issues with file exchanges.
Provide guidance to the operations and management team on addressing Identity Management data gathering issues from the Agency. Serve as the liaison between SailPoint and the TO2F team to address issues escalated to the SailPoint Tier 3 support
Provide technical support for the SailPoint solution including monitoring performance of application components, ensuring accuracy of data feeds to the Integration layer (Informatica) to include troubleshooting performance issues with the application components
Implement new application versions when they are released. Validate data feeds to Integration layer and proper functionality of MUR data being reported to the Integration layer after deployment
Review known issues published by the SailPoint and identify potential impact to the Continuous Monitoring as a Service (CMaaS) solution
Create application documentation, drawings, how-to guides and other deliverables for both training and tool maintenance. Prepare technical designs with Visio diagrams and detailed descriptions.
Provide briefings to DHS and Agency customers regarding architectural best practices on an as-needed basis
5-8 years of experience in Information Technology
3-5 years of hands on experience with the design and implementation of SailPoint Identity IQ
Experience with databases and SQL
Strong analytical skills to enable effective troubleshooting
Experience with administering RedHat Enterprise Linux on the SailPoint Identity IQ server
Experience with scripting on Linux using languages, such as Python and Bourne Shell scripting
Experience with 3rd party tool integration using SailPoint APIs and database connections
Experience with FISMA, NIST, security standards desired
Knowledge of integrated system architecture
Core competency of network design concepts and operation
Experience presenting material to senior management level and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of CDM goals and objectives
Ability to secure and maintain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) required; Active Secret Clearance desired
